BMW CE 04 e-Bike is an ideal for rapid city commuting, featuring a compact drivetrain and a slim underfloor energy storage unit that lowers its center of gravity. With a maximum output of 23 hp, it offers a range of 42 miles and accelerates from 0 to 30 mph in just 1.1 seconds. The CE 04 includes a 10.25” TFT display with a split screen option, enhancing its modern appeal and functionality for urban riders. The BMW CE 04 e-Bike is set to launch in India in October 2024, with an expected ex-showroom price of around ₹9 lakhs. This makes it one of the most expensive electric scooters in the country, with a price range anticipated between ₹9,00,000 and ₹11,00,000.

The BMW CE 04 electric scooter charges conveniently using its standard Mode 2 cable with a Schuko plug for domestic sockets. The five-meter-long cable delivers a 2.3 kW output, charging the scooter from 0% to 80% in about three and a half hours and takes around 4 hours and 20 minutes to fully charge from 0% to 100% using a standard charging cable and a 2.3-kW power supply Charging times may vary with different power supplies, with some sources noting up to four and a half hours for the same charge. This setup allows easy home charging, making the CE 04 a practical option for urban commuting with minimal downtime.

The BMW CE 04 electric scooter boasts a maximum speed of 75 mph (121 km/h) and accelerates from 0 to 30 mph (0-48 km/h) in 2.6 seconds. However, some reviews indicate that the CE 04 can reach up to 79 mph on the freeway. The BMW CE 04 electric scooter has a range of 130 kilometers (80 miles) on a full charge.
